OUR SHIPPING POLICY

All parcels are shipped ground* with a signature required. If you want your parcel shipped expediant, please contact Kootenay Images for a quote. Prices are in Canadian Dollars. We will ship your order via Canada Post Regular parcel. Shipping is a flat rate of $33.00 to Manitoba and West and $33.00 Ontario and East for all Parcells under 1.0 kg. Shipping is a flat rate of $39.00 to Manitoba and West and $39.00 Ontario and East for all Parcells over 1.0 kg. Northern Canada Shipping is a flat rate of $39.00. These shipping rates apply to all products having an image size between 5x7 inches and 20x30 inches. Products outside of these parameters are custom orders and the client needs to contact Kootenay Images to obtain a price quote on desired product and applicable shipping rates.

Kootenay Images sells internationally, shipping rates vary by destinations, it is best to contact Kootenay Images and obtain a quote on shipping rates.

* We may ship your order in a recycled box. This is one of the ways we consider the environment.

RETURNS

Kootenay Images has a exchange policy for damaged product upon delivery to the Customer, within 30 days of purchase date. The exchange policy is to exchange the damaged product with new product as was exactly originally ordered.

Kootenay Images offers a 30 day exchange policy, on exact purchase order from date of puchase, on damaged photographic prints, hanging hardware, frames, and matting caused by shipping incidents. All sales are final.
