WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
For online payments Kootenay Images provides a wide array of payment options including Visa and Mastercard.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Kootenay Images offers a 30 day exchange policy, from date of purchase, for damaged images, matting and frames, due to shipping incidents. Kootenay Images shall exchange your damaged product with the exact original purchase order.
IS THERE A VARIETY OF FRAMES TO CHOOSE FROM?
All images are digitally printed on white aluminum without a frame having hanging hardware attached. Upon customer request Kootenay Images will frame the customer print at an additonal charge for framing, all framed images are framed in a black frame with white matting, unless specifically requested otherwise. Kootenay Images will sell the digitally printed image with no hanging hardware attached upon customer request. Kootenay Images, upon custom customer request, can print your photograph on standard photographic paper. Orders with an Image size larger than 20x30 are custom orders, please contact us for details
